PROJECTS
INTERLUDE
PRODUCTION DESIGNER
Drafted all set design plans which was a combination of existing flats from AFTRS and custom builds in coordination with NIDA year 2 Set Construction students. I created all custom graphics for the grocery store and the "outdoor" laneway stores, concept art, storyboards, prop builds, and scenic painting including the piano mural, which was inspired by Starry Night and Starry Night over the Rhone by Vincent Van Gogh. During post-production, I also created the title and credit design, along with the poster design. The final cost of design was just under $3000.

LITTLE LIGHT (short) 2024
PRODUCTION & COSTUME DESIGNER
Full set design using existing flats in AFTRS. Costumes created and constructed for character Rory used vintage crochet filet lace table cloth, whose twin was featured in the kitchen space. Created a custom crochet filet pattern featuring 3 roses and executed the shawl from thrifted wool that I dyed to match. Constructed costume for Ava from a vintage tablecloth with forget-me-not embroidery. Also painted custom "wallpaper" for bedroom, painted a jug to match a set of thrifted Italian mugs, and graphics like magazines, bills, custom vinyl covers and band posters, as well as concept art that was used for the credits pages. Final design cost was just under $600.

MAY GIBBS NUTCOTE MUSEUM
GRAPHICS PROP MAKER
I created over 100 different graphic props and some fake food props for Nutcote Museum, the 1930s home belonging to comic strip and children's book writer and illustrator, May Gibbs. The project called for recreations of hand written notes, hand drawn cartoons with her iconic squiggly gum bark writing, letters to and from editors, labels for various bottles, along with some fake eggs, apples, lemons, and an apple pie.
